**Reporting to the Returns DC Manager**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in the managing of the SHERQ management system implementation and maintaining the SOP in accordance with both business requirements and the requirements of the relevant standards,
- Assist in the identification and development of improvements to the business through the SHERQ management system,
- Provide support to the SHERQ team in order to achieve excellent safety, health, environmental, risk and quality (SHERQ) standards across the business,
- Assist in the preparation of SHERQ assessments and management plans,
- Managing the feedback processes including meeting minutes, and the preparation of reports,
- Prepare for and assist with the execution of SHERQ audits,
- Assist in processing SHERQ inspections to ensure timely submissions,
- Recording and following up on SHERQ non-conformities to ensure non-conformities are closed out timeously,
- Assist in implementing SHERQ standards both internally and on projects as required,
- Provide support in relation to document control and improvement requests,
- Assist in the development of SHERQ communications, and training content as required, i.e toolbox talks, annual training, and safety drives,
- Drive the continuation of 5S by preparing audit schedules,
- Updating 5S audit scores and ensuring that reports are accurate and a true reflection of the business standards,
- Updating and distribution of 5S standards within the business,
- Filing of 5S audits as per the set standards, and managing accurate record keeping,
- Distribution of 5S results, and the communication thereof with staff,
- Maintaining of quality, standard operating procedures in terms of document control,
- Prepare and execute training programs for the QMS (Quality Management System),
- Ensuring that the SOP's is a true reflection of the activities conducted within the business,
- Preparing and distribution of accurate KPI reports,
- Participating in SHEMS, 5S and QMS audits,
- Preparing feedback executive level presentations on correct formats, and
- Any other business as instructed by line management

**Qualifications**:

- Matric/Grade 12 or equal qualification
- Tertiary qualification preferred
