Sales Agent

Remmogo Funeral Parlour is currently seeking motivated and adaptable individuals to join our team as Remote/Field-Based Funeral Services Sales Agents. This commission-based position comes with a basic allowance of R1000, which is unlocked upon successfully securing 10 clients. Agents have the flexibility to work remotely (online) or in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct remote or field-based sales presentations to potential clients, educating them on our funeral services.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing empathetic support.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable funeral service packages and options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Exceed sales targets to unlock the R1000 allowance and maximize commission earnings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the funeral services or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with empathy and compassion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, whether remotely or in the field.
- Basic computer skills for remote work and record-keeping.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Must be sensitive to the needs of grieving individuals.

Remuneration:

- Basic: R1000 per month
- Commission: Commission-based on sales performance

**Salary**: R1 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Funeral industry: 2 years (required)
- reaching targets: 2 years (required)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
