Job Requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- An Honour's degree in Communication/Marketing
- Registration with PRISA,
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- A minimum of five years Public Relations and student recruitment experience with a minimum of two years media exposure.
- Recruitment of prospective students
- Development of Student Recruitment Strategy
- Production of annual student recruitment plan and implementation thereof
- Coordinating the production of student recruitment materials like brochures, posters, banners, etc.
- Coordinating and organising annual Career exhibition and open days at UNIVEN
- Organising networking sessions for school principals and relevant bodies
- Planning and coordinating Intensive and Integrated student recruitment campaigns
- Liaising with the Department of Basic Education and schools
- Assisting the Student Administration Section with orientation and registration
- Determining target schools and compiling accurate feeder school list
- Coordinating Campus tours by secondary schools
- Participating in Career Exhibitions and school visits
- Performing various administrative tasks associated with the nature of the role
