**Eduvos **is looking to hire the services of an **Independent Contractor IT Lecturer**,** at our **Pretoria **campus on a part-time basis.***

**Type of appointment**:
**Independent Contractor (part-time; flexible workhours agreement)**

**Purpose**:

- To lecture **Information Technology**-related modules, in the faculty on a part-time (contractual) basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum qualifications required**:

- BSc Information Technology / Computer Science or Computing
- Honours in Information technology / Computer Science or Computing will be preferable

**Experience**:

- Relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Modules to be lectured**:

- Database Design and Development
- Computer Systems Architecture

**Responsibilities**:

- Lecturing

- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
