We are looking for person with the following skills and attributes:
- A person with very good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- A person with a bit of flare for marketing
- A person able to create social media adverts and posts from scratch
- A person that has some basic understanding of financial statements
- A person that enjoys working within defined processes, and dislike chaos
- A person whom understand that customer service is a non negotiable
- A person that will make careful decisions and enjoys working with numbers
- A person focused and that cares about the detail
- A person whom can interact with a wide variety of people
- A person whom will bring stability to the office by performing consistently and reliably
- We are looking for a bulldog when it comes to looking at detail
- We are looking for person that should be neurotic for accuracy
- We are looking for a person that ensures everything is done by the book
- We are looking for a person with high ethics
We are looking for the following work experience:
- A person that has just qualified as a personal assistant with above average marks
- A person that has just recently qualified in the field of admin, marketing or legal
- We will also consider people that have work experience in the field of admin and have a proven track record with relevant qualifications
The job scope will entail:
- Learning about marketing and the real estate industry
- Answering and screening agents phone and organising appointments
- Act as and extension of agent and follow up with clients and staff as required
Ideally person needs to stay around Kempton Park area
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
