AREA: ROSSLYN, GAUTENG

INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE, RAIL AND GENERAL ENGINEERING MANUFACTURING

SALARY / CTC : R 90 - R110 per hour / 45 hours a week (+/- R R16200 - R19800)

REPORTS TO: DIRECTORS

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career and knowledge This company has an automated plating plant, 50 CNC machines and expanding yearly with new additions regularly. They are also in the process of expanding their state of the art iron foundry that creates a big opportunity for growth in the business.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining an organised raw material store
- Cycle counting of raw material
- Will be responsible to receive deliveries
- Incoming Inspection of delivered goods
- Issuing raw material stock to production
- Maintaining inventory count on the system

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Professional communication skills in BOTH ENGLISH and AFRIKAANS (required)
- Computer literate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a store
- Ability to interpret documents such as Job Cards, work instructions and warehouse transfer documents
- Understanding a FIFO system (First in First Out) will be an advantage

**Salary**: R16,000.00 - R19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Akasia, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
