**This position will start as an initial 3-month contract, but with a definite view to permanent employment.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Ensure the smooth running of the Branch
Processing of Quotations / Invoices for Clients
Attending to all collections / deliveries
Identify any potential new business opportunities
Tracking of Stock and ordering from Head Office in JHB
Assist with regular Stock Take
Liaison with other Branches re: stock transfers and other maters
Compile monthly reports on Sales and Expenses / Fuel Recon / Petty Cash etc.
Work closely with the Branch Operator
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Own Transport and valid Drivers License is non-negotiable**
Matric or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience - preferably in the Signage Industry
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office packages
Able to work under own supervision is essential
Must reside close to Maitland
