**Job description**

Our client in the multimedia industry is seeking contact centre agents to assist customers via live chat platforms within a shifted environment on a 6 month contract.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assisting customers via various forms of communication
- Ensuring an effortless customer experience
- Providing information to clients regarding products and services
- Working in a team and providing excellent customer service
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence that builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
- Demonstrate teamwork as a valued team player
- Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Contribute to innovation by finding faster and more accurate ways of working
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Address customer needs in order to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment

**Requirements**:

- Matric/Degree
- Live chat experience is an advantage
- Stable internet connection
- Able to work rotational shifts
- Great written and spoken skills

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R6,500.00 per month
