**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review daily shipment log.
- Input orders into company system.
- Create Supplier Purchase Orders.
- Processing of receipts as per PODs.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries.
- Track shipments and update master list to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
- Answering questions about order status, shipment schedules, product information and handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
- Communicating with suppliers or manufacturers to obtain product information or status updates on orders.
- Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary.

**Requirements and **Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Accounting/Credit management diploma would be advantageous.
- 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule
