**Alert Engine Parts **is searching for an experienced and presentable **Marketing Representative **to join the branch in **Pretoria.** The incumbent will enhance the branch sales and ensure that the branch sales growth objectives are always achieved. Furthermore, the Sales Representative will need to grow new business and provide after-sales service to existing customers.

**Requirements**:
1.Matric/Grade 12.

2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales representative in a vehicle parts environment.

3.Must have good communication skills and present themselves in a professional manner.

4.Extensive experience in a sales and marketing environment.

5.Basic knowledge of the operations of an Internal Combustion Engine.

6.Thorough knowledge of the geographical area of responsibility.

7.Must have a valid driver's license
- Essential

8.Bilingual
- added advantage.

9.Technical background would be an added advantage.

10.Be a good team player and must be a goal driven.

11.Clear criminal record.

12.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Document.

13.Must be prepared to travel extensively.

**Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;**

1.Manage customer sales and ensure that optimal customer potential is achieved.

2.Plan, forecast, report on sales potentials by customer to management.

3.Report all competitor pricing and activities to management.

4.Report all customer information regarding delivery, tele sales and accounts issues to management.

5.Achieve revenue targets and ensuring that new business is generated by growing customer base and increasing market share in the geographical area of responsibility.

6.Build and maintain friendly customer relationships.

7.Assist all other departments (Sales, Accounts, Despatch, Warehousing, Receiving and Technical) to ensure good co-operation within the company.

8.Analyse customer’s buying patterns and provide reasons for increase or decline in customer sales.

9.Take ownership in resolving customer queries.

10.Implement marketing projects and market new products to customers.

11.Report on marker trends.
