**A VACANCY EXISTS FOR THE POSITION OF LAUNCH MANAGER IN ROSSLYN**

**(FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 24 MONTHS)**

**Primary purpose of the job**
- Lead, prioritise and coordinate launch topics and ensure plant readiness before SOP and during ramp-up phase

**Knowledge required**
- To coordinate between plant management and project team to ensure a joint implementation of the integration and launch plan
- Perform gap analysis between current plant organisation and project requirements, and define subprojects to close these gaps
- Plan and lead the implementation of plant readiness topics related to facilities, staffing, training, internal processes and process documentation
- Develop launch program as per ramp-up volumes
- Analyse potential risks out of industrialization processes (dies, assembly, parts quality, etc.) and define mitigation plans together with the project team and plant personnel
- **Technical Knowledge Required**:

- Tooling concepts and tool making in the automotive industry
- Manufacturing processes (welding, measuring, equipment, customer processes)
- Quality systems
- Financial concepts
- Organisational behaviour

**Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required**
- Higher Diploma in Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in a technical role in the automotive industry
- Min 3 years experience in managing new tool industrialization
- Min 3 years experience in a process engineering discipline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
