**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operation and administration of the branch;
- Manage and drive the branch sales and performance;
- Online Clients / Walk In Clients / Call In Clients
- Set and enforce standards for customer service, receiving and addressing customer complaints;
- Oversee store inventory, ordering and receiving products, monitoring product quality, and adjusting inventory to meet customer needs;
- Monitor store financial performance, setting business objectives and implementing strategies to meet those targets; and
- Supervise the branch employees, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling together with Senior Management.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12 (matric);
- Valid driver’s license;
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Branch Manager in the retail industry; and
- **A tertiary qualification will be an advantage.**
