**PURPOSE**:
To provide a full Financial Accounting function to Company in accordance with accepted Financial & Accounting policies and procedures.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Degree or National Diploma
- Valid Certificate of Fitness and First aid
- Valid driver’s license
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- 6 years relevant experience, 2 years (but preferably 3 years) managerial experience
- Knowledge of SAP, BPC & MS Office will be advantageous.
- Previous mining experience will be advantageous.
**BUSINESS PROCESSES**:
**Auditing (Internal and External)**:
- Reduce number of audit findings
**Enterprise-Wide Risk Management (EWRM)**:
- Identify and manage risks.
**Financial Reports**:
- Compile Financial Reports.
**SOP’s**:
- Write, revise and review SOP’s.
**Six Sigma Projects**:
- Implement Six Sigma Projects
