- Understanding of Technology and integration
- Experience in managing IT Security programmes and projects (critical)
- Agile capabilities
- Ability to operate a large Programme delivery across multiple workstreams, including change management, through design, build, implementation, and closure.
- Oversight and management of the programme design and structure in consultation with the Programme Lead, including identification and assignment of work-packages, governance structures, and high-level roles and responsibilities, optimising these as required.
- Schedule management, including the management of fairly complex dependencies between workstreams.
- Identification and management of programme risks, including prioritisation and mitigation.
- Programme financial management, including annual budget setting, tracking and projections and cost control. Oversight of the cost centre, including payments, reconciliation, monthly accruals and capex/opex splits.
- Management of the team of Project Managers, optimising the structure and roles going forward as required.
- Oversight and management of the broader project team, including internal programme communications, and resource and vendor management.
- Oversight and management of progress reporting to the Board, the Executive, and externally, as required, and to the Steering Committee and other governance structures on a regular basis.
- Oversight and management of Project artifacts and records
