**Purpose**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Graduate Junior Infrastructure Analyst** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in infrastructure engineering. You will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of systems. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will gain hands-on experience with various technologies, contribute to project development, and support the ongoing maintenance of our infrastructure.

**What You'll Learn and Do**:

- **Support Infrastructure Operations**:Assist in the daily management and monitoring of server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
- **System Maintenance**:Help with routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, backups, and system health checks.
- **Troubleshooting**:Participate in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers when needed.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of configurations, changes, and procedures.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with senior engineers, IT teams, and stakeholders to support infrastructure projects.
- **Security**:Assist in implementing and maintaining security protocols, ensuring the protection of data and systems.
- **Learning and Development**:Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in infrastructure engineering.

**Requirements of the Role**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is advantageous.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues independently.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
