**Position**: Operations and Project Manager (Newly Qualified Metallurgic Engineer)

**Location**: Office based in Centurion Pretoria and Mine based in Marble Hall, Limpopo

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and newly qualified Metallurgic Engineer to join our dynamic team in the role of Operations and Project Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Limestone and Aggregate operations and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Manage and oversee various metallurgical projects from conception to completion. This includes project planning, execution, and evaluation.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Optimize and streamline metallurgical processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain the quality of metallurgical products and processes, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of metallurgical professionals, ensuring a high level of performance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in metallurgical processes and projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- **Research and Development**: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in metallurgy and introduce innovative approaches to enhance operations and projects.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, prepare detailed reports, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering (Newly Qualified).
- Own Transport and Valid Drivers License
- Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Project management skills or a willingness to learn.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and adaptable with a strong commitment to safety.
