Irrigation Coordinator

**Requirements**:
Relevant qualification in Agriculture, with experience in management of irrigation systems

Knowledge of modern production practices and technologically advanced irrigation systems

Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

MS office (Excellent Excel Skills)

**Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate**:
Current irrigation, fertilizer and decision-making platforms across all production units to ensure a high uniform standard of data monitoring throughout the group

**Monitor**:
Ensure support to farm management and subsequent farm-based irrigation / fertilizer in order that they can confidently determine and direct optimal irrigation / fertilizer practices

**Advice/Training**:
work closely with external irrigation / fertilizer consultants to guide, advise, train and support

**Systems Audit**:
Achieve constant improvement in the current systems by identifying new approaches and introducing better methods
