**VACANCY**

**EASY ROSTER ADMINISTRATOR**

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To improve labour efficiency and meet clients human resource requirements by providing tools to ensure efficient rostering and posting correct number of personnel. Minimize over time, nonproductive hours, as well as over posting.

**Duties**:
❑ Update Easy roster with all corrections received from management.

❑ Daily posting sheet balancing.

❑ Investigate and validate pay queries received.

❑ Create and maintain accurate customer records on easy roster database as required.

❑ Print duty roster for employees.

❑ New employees engagement.

❑ Terminations of employees.

❑ In cooperation with the HR departments create and maintain accurate employee records on easy roster database.

❑ Create and maintain roster for all customer sites on the easy roster system ensuring the provision in compliance with contractual requirements.

❑ Export the correct rostered hours worked to the payroll for payments.

❑ Track vacation sick and other paid day.

❑ Provide enough time off between shifts.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
❑ Grade 12

❑ Minimum Human Resource qualification or relevant.

❑ Advanced Easy Roster Training.

❑ Minimum three years’ experience.

❑ Basic with software including Easy Roster, QuickBooks, SAGE, EPAY and Gusto.

❑ Proficiency in payroll MS Office.
