**Main purpose of the job**:

- Ezintsha is looking for a finance guru to effectively oversee and manage finance and funding
- This includes working with project and finance managers internally, and donors and partners externally
- They want an individual who is committed to contributing to the health and social change in South Africa to join their team at their office in Parktown

**Location**:

- **Ezintsha - 32 Princess of Wales Terrace, Parktown - Johannesburg**

**Key performance areas**:

- Oversight of the finance function within Ezintsha, including high-quality reporting, budgeting, and financial management
- Planning, forecasting, and trend analysis to provide strategic financial advice to the Senior Management Team
- Management of the finance aspects of the WHC SLA to ensure deliverables are met
- Responsible for stakeholder liaison and management to ensure donors' needs are met around compliance, reporting, budgeting, and other aspects of donor finance
- Develop and improve systems, policies, and procedures to ensure sound governance

**Required minimum education and training**:

- **Chartered Accountant (SA)**

**Required minimum work experience**:

- **Strategic planning, including business case review and scenario planning experience**:

- **Experience with financial process innovation and re-engineering**:

- **Good interpersonal skills in building credibility and dealing with senior members over financial issues**:

- **Aptitude for problem-solving and for getting things done right**
