**Requirements**:

- Expert in Quickbooks (at least 3 years experience)
- Need to be comfortable with a client facing role, including having video calls
- Ability to service multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the emphasis on the ability to articulate financial information and QuickBooks program features to staff and clients.
- Able to start immediately
- Reliable laptop / desktop and internet.
- This is a fully remote position
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Transfering clients over from their existing accounting and payroll software into Quickbooks.
- Perform monthly reconciliation calls with clients.
- Inform clients about accumulating salary and tax liabilities.
- Produce quarterly financial accounts analysis.
- This role will include other administrative tasks as required.

This is a part time position with a requirement of 5 hours per week. Hours and salary can be increased over time.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From R3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
