**Qualifications**:
- MCSE 2000/2003 - WAN / LAN support and troubleshooting**
Experience**:
- 1-3 Years general IT experience - WAN / LAN support and troubleshooting - 2-3 Years in a desktop/laptop and LAN support role - Good working knowledge of MS Operating Systems and Office Products. Desktop support skills for Lotus Notes - Server support would be an advantage**
Duties**:
- Logging of own Helpdesk calls - General Technical support to users - Telephonic support to users and remote desktop support - First Line and Backoffice LAN and network support - Installation of Windows products and Company Software on computers - Access management to Omnia Systems - Desktop Support for Lotus Notes - Adherence to standards and Assistance with the development of support standards - General administration**
