**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tendering**

Prepare tender enquiry packages within company procurement policy requirements.

Distribute tender packages to all service providers within 24 hours, including all supporting documents and in company format.

Evaluate quotations to ensure compliance with the enquiry document, market-related prices, and adherence to the tender timetable.
- **Project Execution**

Review and process written and complete purchase requisitions according to company procedures.

Place orders within 24 hours, considering materials in stock, agreed quantities, and delivery times.

Maintain a procurement schedule with 100% accuracy and completeness.

Keep records of all materials and assets immediately upon placing orders.
