**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Blockman, you will play a crucial role in our meat processing operations, assisting with the preparation and processing of meat products. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the breakdown and cutting of meat products according to specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
- Follow safety protocols and hygiene practices
- Operate and maintain relevant equipment
- Support senior staff with various tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong interest in the meat industry and willingness to learn
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of the role
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
