**Requirements**:

- 2 years exposure to transport environment (Advantageous)
- Must have experience ensuring health, safety and hygiene
- Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel
- Must be able to manage a team and multitask successfully
- Must be able to manage and implement processes successfully
- Driver’s licence (essential)

**Description**
- Execute and plan daily transfers
- Manage driver performance, daily contacts, driver hour’s and OT, fuel consumption, routing, leave schedules, uniforms, documentation, pre & post inspections, compliance etc.
- Manage fleet image, utilisation, services schedules and maintenance, compliance etc.
- Manage and conduct driver discipline, investigations, hearings, discuss outcomes etc.
- Ensure fleet and drivers are compliant at all times incl. audits
- Liaise directly with external and internal customers on potential delays and or changes
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to as per company policy and requirements

**Package on offer**
- R 17 500 Gross pm
