**Your Impact**:

- **Operational Efficiency**: Lead the adoption of processes that maximize technical throughput rates, response times, and resource utilization.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the delivery of complete and technically sound solutions, implementing mechanisms for self-analysis and proactive reporting.
- **Futureproofing**: Develop solutions that support future DBAs, reducing defects and preserving system quality.
- **Problem Resolution**: Take an active role in resolving issues, even working after hours when necessary to ensure timely solutions.
- **Mentorship**: Identify opportunities to impart knowledge and skills to team members through coaching and mentorship.

**Salary**: R100,000.00 - R110,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bryanston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SQL DBA: 5 years (required)
- high transaction databases: 5 years (required)
- mentoring of other SQL DBAs: 2 years (required)
