Life & Brand Portfolio is looking for an energetic and passionate Training Administrator to join the Training team. A junior to mid-level role, this position will give you the opportunity to work in fast-paced industry.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Daily, weekly and monthly Training administrative requirements
- All admin related to the online training system; included, but not limited to: User admin, loading of users, loading of curriculum, modules, quizzes, etc.
- Constant communication with the team
- Consolidation and data capturing of all training registers.
- Compiling WSP & ATR submission
- Loading of all Training and Auditing department related invoices

**Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge required**:

- Training experience and background, training qualification will be advantageous
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and admin background
- Operations knowledge and experience within hospitality industry required
- Strong command of English language

- Woodstock, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
