- Junior Auditor- Firm of Chartered Accountants is looking to recruit a full-time junior auditor. Completed SAICA or SAIPA training contract advantageous.- Duties- Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our control environment.- Perform testing of controls and processes to identify areas for improvement and provide valuable insights to management.- Support the preparation of audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit recommendations are implemented and followed up on.- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal audit methodologies and procedures.- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure audits align with the latest standards.- Participate in special projects and investigations as required.- Qualifications- Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Matric (Grade 12)- Bachelor's Degree in Internal Audit / Accounting or Finance- Honours degree in Internal Audit / finance, accounting, or a related field.- Studying towards / Completed CIA- Experience- 1-2 Years internship or entry-level experience in internal auditing or related areas is preferred.- Skills & Competencies- Knowledge of auditing principles, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.-
