Our client is looking for permanent employee to join their drawing office.

This post is based at our manufacturing site in Athlone Industria, Cape Town.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise and monitor a team of 4 persons within the drawing office
- Be in close relation with Technical Coordinator
- In charge of the human management of his/her team to insure efficiency and well-being.
- Distribute and monitor jobs list among your team
- In charge of timeous delivery of drawings according to the plan monitored by the DO Manager
- Review or approved all interior drawings
- Identifies bottlenecks and barriers to achievement of deadlines and proactively implements corrective measures
- Take into account specifications and keep updated on rules and regulations
- Produce 3D models and 2D drawings for production and prepare relevant CNC files
- Use 3D models to check interaction with other departments

**CORE COMPETENCIES, ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS and PREFERENCES**

**Educational**:

- Interior Technician with relevant experience. Experience in yachting industry is a plus.

**Experience/Technical**:

- 5+ years’ experience working in interior architecture.
- Solid experience in 3D parametric model (SolidWorks or equivalent) and 2D drawings (Autocad or equivalent) is required.
- Practical sailing experience is a plus.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
