**PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE**:
As Travelstart **content creator** you are able to **capture the essence of key messages** in as few effective words as possible (e.g. key differentiations, brand, key facts etc.) in order to **tell a story that is engaging** to our audience. You will work closely with the CRM specialists and Creative Designers to create content that communicates high-impact messages to achieve marketing goals. You should have experience writing across CRM, CMS, Social Media, Digital Marketing and Offline marketing channels and have clear knowledge of how to **distill complexity into simple and clear messaging.**

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The following responsibilities pertain to the content creator role:

- Brainstorming and writing creative and innovative campaign copy;
- Work closely with the other members of the Marketing team to consistently develop original, relevant and impactful copy;
- Work with various stakeholders to provide content creation support for campaigns and project;
- Write key messaging documents in conjunction with our Head of Brand;
- Ensure that deadlines are consistently met without any delays;
- Meticulously check every single piece of content to correct mistakes and ensure that it is of the highest quality;
- Adhere to SEO and Social Media requirements and provide support to all the Marketing channels;
- Strong Online Reputation management skills;
**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Must have excellent English
- 2 - 5 or more years’ experience in copywriting, content creation, content writing and SEO;
- BA degree, preferably with honors in languages and communication;
- Experience in online e-commerce, especially in the travel business, will be advantageous;
- Passion and keen interest in e-commerce; knowledge of user experience, graphic design, usability principles, personas and content strategy;
- Ability to communicate to the audience as a value-giver;
- Basic image editing ability (with experience in Canva or similar software) is preferable;
- Innovative, flexible and able to take initiatives;
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines;
- Deadline driven with excellent time management skills;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented, precise and meticulous;
- Solid track record with contactable references;
- Passion about and interested in travel e-commerce and content strategy.
