Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper to assist preparing management accounts, audit prep and compliance.
- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Balance Sheet reconciliations

ensure each Balance Sheet item is reconciled monthly

6 group companies

Including Group Loan account reconciliations

Payroll, ensure timeous payroll payment with approval & journal

Manage outsourced payroll service provider

Compliance, monthly VAT and PAYE returns

Management Accounts

ensure month end recons are completed on time to meet reporting deadlines

P&L review, with necessary accruals/prepayment journals

Day to day supervision of junior bookkeeper

Month end journals and daily processing including but not limited to:
Month end intercompany journals

Accrual journals

Adjustment journals

Audit file preparation

**SKILLED REQUIRED**
- Qualified Accountant with relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel
- Depreciation knowledge
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of multicurrency

Tourplan an advantage

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts-related: 3 years (required)
