- Willing, happy and able to work amicably with the Sales Agent/Property Practitioner Team
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all relevant Property and Estate Agents Law ongoing
- Willing and able to keep to the PPRA's Continuing Professional Development, as well as the required ongoing Company and Industry learning, skill development and personal professional growth
- Keep up with learning and the necessary use of Electronic Property Platforms and Data bases, App's, Technical, Conveyancing, Admin and Financial tools provided in order to perform in excellence
- Specific Property skillset area required: is in Residential, Vacant Land and Agricultural Land being Farms, Smallholdings and Commercial Farms
- Applicant with a farming type background, knowledgeable about farming and agriculture
- Have Own Vehicle and able to travel and travel the type of areas required, Laptop with Printing facilities, own Wifi and Cell Phone with airtime and own contract
