**Job Summary Statement**:
The ICT Administrator will assume a critical role in supporting the organisation's information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, with a primary focus on administrative tasks. While a background in ICT is valuable, the position requires a strong inclination towards administrative responsibilities such as ICT asset management, with the potential to leverage skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and technical research to improve efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS (BENEFICIAL)**:

- IT Tech Support
- CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA N+
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- IT Systems Support NQF Level 5

**EXPERIENCE**:

- ** **At least 3 years proven experience as an ICT Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on end user environments.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is beneficial.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Coordination**
- Manage administrative tasks related to office operations, such as quoting, invoicing, scheduling, correspondence handling, and project co-ordination.

**Technical Research and Problem Solving**
- Conduct technical research to identify solutions for ICT-related challenges and suggest improvements for optimising processes.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues and actively contribute to problem-solving efforts**.**

**ICT Infrastructure Oversight**
- Collaborate with ICT specialists and vendors to ensure the organisation's ICT infrastructure operates efficiently.
- Support procurement processes for ICT-related software, hardware, and equipment.

**Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Integration**
- Utilise expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to streamline administrative workflows and reporting, contributing to organisational efficiency.
- Develop and customise solutions that enhance productivity and data insights.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of administrative processes and ICT systems as they pertain to administrative functions.
- Generate reports and summaries as required, providing insights into administrative activities and improvements.

**User Account and Data Management**
- Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and data organisation, ensuring data security and compliance.

**Vendor and Contract Management**
- Manage vendor relationships, including reviewing service agreements and coordinating support activities for administrative systems.

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to enhance administrative processes, share knowledge, and facilitate efficient communication.

**Knowledge Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong inclination towards administrative tasks with the ability to efficiently manage office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct technical research to identify solutions and improvements for administrative and ICT-related challenges.
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
