Junior Psychometrist

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Set up and administer psychometric assessments for recruitment and development purposes (including managing the Asana board) in line with HPCSA guidelines and the Flash assessment process
Provide support for change management initiatives aligned to PROSCI methodology
Assist employees and line managers with competency matching for tailored LinkedIn Learning pathways
Provide administrative support for Flash Club - our internal employee recognition and engagement programme.
Provide administrative support for managing access to the Flash Life App, as well as the reward store and stock availability
Provide support for employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, such as assisting with surveys, data analysis and presenting feedback to stakeholders. This may also include facilitating 1-1 check-ins with employees.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
Honours degree in Psychology or Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
Registered with the HPCSA (psychometrist or organisational psychologist)
1-2 years’ experience in OD/ assessments
Preferential to be accredited in Insights, 15FQ+, CPP, Giotto and EQ
