**SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE**

Nasctech SA (Pty) Ltd is the exclusive reseller of innovative software that is developed by Nasctech Ireland.
The software solutions that are being developed and implemented solve the issues around setting up and operating Telecommunication networks.
We are seeking to recruit a Software Deployment Project Manager who will lead deployment of our software.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING**:
1. Business Analysis
- Conduct Business Analysis and capture customer requirements.
- Stakeholder mapping and Management
- Map key internal and external stakeholders of the project.
- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
- Manage relationships with all relevant suppliers and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT Teams within other projects.
- Monitor progress of all stakeholders and track adherence to contract/delivery expectations.

2. Planning
- Manage installation of Engineering software in the Teleco.
- Organise External and Internal Stakeholder meetings to align customer business requirements with the software configuration and development.
- Plan the overall Solution’s operational readiness and release/delivery approach based on the project’s business and technical objectives.
- Capture key deployment milestones and dependencies.
- Provide day to day activities related to all deployment or operational readiness activities (e.g. operational readiness, Service Introduction, Deployment and Post Deployment support).
- Assess Project deployment risks, issues and impact on overall solution delivery commitments and objectives etc.

3. Reports and Presentations
- Provide weekly release/delivery status reports and participate in broader project status meetings.
- Create business analytics and process description documentation for the project.
- Prepare UAT and conduct acceptance testing with stakeholders.
- Perform various demos, training, and presentations.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Planning, organising and maintaining successful project plans.
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets (if applicable) and timelines with stakeholders
- Effective Stakeholder management
- Overseeing all project milestones and dependencies
- Re-negotiate timelines or schedules if necessary
always Ensuring availability to all stakeholders.
- Professional demos and presentations to all stakeholders.
- Organising relevant training sessions.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, Computer Science, or IT Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT projects of a similar role (within Telecommunications is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of system and software delivery/deployment best practices and methodologies.
- Experience operating within a large program, managing multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- English first language - advanced level.
- Telecom experience is a plus however willingness and ability to learn on your own is more valued.
- Experience in B2B areas is also preferred
