**Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping**:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities for the Resort units.
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain an organized and efficient cleaning schedule.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
**Reception**:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's facilities and services.
- Manage reservations and update the booking system.
**Customer Service**:
- Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and concerns.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
**Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with other resort departments to ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with hospitality software( preferably OPERA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
