Our Platinum business mines, processes and refines the entire range of platinum group metals (PGMs): platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium and iridium together with gold and the base metals (BMs): nickel, copper and cobalt.
**Job Description**:
- You will initiate operational improvements and projects as the ambassador of organizational desired culture through through facilitation, implementation, and reporting and monitoring at Smelting Operations.
**You will also be responsible for**:
- supporting the business in line with the OE scope of work, this will also include OE projects.

- Support the deployment and implementation of strategic OE initiatives at site i.e Culture, GBV etc.
- Act as a true ambassador of organisational desired culture through facilitation, implementation, and reporting and monitoring at site.
- Actively support the high-performance working culture at site.
- Support the rollout of the employee health and wellbeing interventions in support of BU strategic interventions.
- Coordinatie various relevant organisational survey processes as required.
- Provide specialist advise to the business in terms of organizational design and work design in line with the organisation standards and requirements.
- Facilitate the deployment of change management initiatives as a change manager for all change at site.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the sustainability of OE solutions to maximum impact to the customers.
- Build and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and appropriately responded to.

**This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 6 level reporting to the Human Resources Manager**
**Qualifications
- NQF 7 Human Resources Degree / National Diploma or related qualification
- An Hons Degree will be an added advantage
**Experience**:
- 8 to 10 years in OD / OE role
- Extensive experience in organizational culture and change management especially in large organisations
- Experience in managing OE projects (Project Management fundamentals)
- Individual, Team, and Organisational behavior change experience
- Experience in a mining environment will be beneficial
- Experience with mind-set - and behavior change initiatives
- Project management experience in a large corporate environment
- Training and facilitation experience essential
- Knowledge and experience in organisation design and work design will be an added advantage

Operations:
- Project management fundamentals
- New technologies and their impact on operational activities within scope of role
- Business improvement tools and techniques
Commercial:
- Commercial/business drivers in discipline, business performance variability and underlying causes that define subsequent actions
