Trackless Crew Leader

As a Trackless Crew Leader, you will oversee and manage the operations of a trackless mining crew to ensure the safe and efficient extraction of minerals. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and leading a team of trackless operators and miners
- Planning and organizing crew activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Monitoring and controlling production targets and costs
- Implementing and maintaining effective mining practices and procedures
- Identifying and resolving operational issues
- Training and mentoring crew members
- Conducting regular inspections and audits
- Performing quality control checks on production output
- Reporting on crew performance and production results

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant mining qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in trackless mining operations
- Proven experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge of underground mining methods and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Valid driver's license
