- RealNet Hartbeespoort/Brits is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Real Estate industry.
- The ideal sales manager has a number of years exp in the real estate industry, with knowledge and guidance to share with an existing sales team.
- Must have good communication skills at all levels, assertive when necessary, eager to implement new ideas.
- Must be able to manage a team of 40 agents in all stages of the sales cycle as well as a motivator and mentor.
- Must be fully PC literate, well organised, excellent time keeping and energised to achieve goals and targets.
- We offer a basic salary plus commission.
- Non smoker.
- Own car and valid drivers license.
- 2023 FFC.
