An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join Stefanutti Stocks Western Cape as a Junior Planner. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to build their career in construction planning and gain valuable experience in project scheduling and management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing project schedules and updating programme progress.
- Support in the preparation of **tender programmes** and **method statements**.
- Work closely with senior planners and site teams to track and update project progress.
- Help in analysing the impact of **delays** and prepare extension of time claims under supervision.

**Minimum Requirements & Experience**
- **Qualification**: National Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in planning, preferably in a construction or civil engineering environment.
- **Software Skills**:Exposure to **Primavera P6** and/or **CCS (Candy)** would be an advantage.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
- Basic understanding of interpreting construction drawings, scope of work, and Bills of Quantities.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and project scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).**
