**International Freight Logistics/Sales Assistant**

International Freight Logistics and Sales Assistant will go the extra mile to ensure exceptional levels of customer service whilst maintaining stringent internal business processes. Working in a multicultural business with strong values, the International Freight Logistics and International Sales Assistant will need to be good at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Grade 12 with Afrikaans, English

Experience in Demand Planning and Execution will be a definite advantage

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

The ability to speak, read and write professionally in Afrikaans and English is a must

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook is a must

SAP Business 1 will be an advantage

**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Be responsible for International Internal Spare Part Sales
- Generating Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Order in SAP B1 on an International Scale
- Assist within the Assembly plant and maintaining good stock control at all times
- Working closely with the Spare Parts Support Clerk assisting in all duties possible.
- Timeous processing of received orders in warehouse and handling loading and off-loading of cargo
- Handle all Local and International Freight Logistics within the company. Booking of transporters/couriers whilst taking into account customers requested delivery date and time
- Generate waybills of dispatched orders
- Accurate generation & printing of all waybills for spares that are sent via couriers
- Ensure reliable and trustworthy courier and transporters are used relative to client needs but also taking lowest cost into account

Salary to be negotiated.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Honeydew, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP Business One: 1 year (required)
- Logistic: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
