Scriptwriter (Fixed-term)

**Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term**

**Job summary**:
We are looking for a Scriptwriter to join our team Scriptwriters are required to conceptualize and write high-quality e-learning video scripts that show applied understanding of both Construct’s process and specific client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize learning material into well-structured, original video scripts, that answer specific learning objectives.
- Write clear, concise, and error-free copy.
- Adapt your writing style to suit the specific tone and audience of a given project.
- Help develop a project’s narrative strategy.
- Help conceptualize the visual direction/story of your scripts.
- Provide basic direction on how scripts should be filmed/animated.
- Provide creative guidance to the production team.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma, preferably in English, creative writing, or similar field.
- Experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, and writing for learning or training.
- Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- An understanding of what quality writing sounds like.
- A proactive individual who can successfully manage several projects at once.
- Works well in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
