To attend to reports of breakdowns and equipment failure on the premises or anywhere that may be required of you timeously.
- To install new equipment and fixtures, removing the old equipment and dispose of according to Company rule and regulations.
- To perform quarterly continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency and performance of production equipment
- Reduce engineering downtime in the production areas through effective and applied maintenance processes.
- To be responsible for the completion and filing of job cards for all work done.
- To maintain their designated area of responsibility within the standards set out as per plant engineering standards
- Comply within the OHS act requirements on all safety standards
- To assist in the upgrade and pending projects in the plant.
- All associates shall have responsibility to report identified problems with the food safety management system.
- Designated associates shall have defined responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions.

Participate in all workshop activities related to 5S housekeeping

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Red seal Millwright/Electrician
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- Experience in bakery plant would be an advantage
- Dairy plant experience would be an advantage.
