**CONSTRUCTION FOREMEN**

**Minimum requirements**:

- Preferably a tertiary qualification in construction.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Excellent communication, administrative and management skills.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Oversee and co-ordinate construction staff and sub-contractors.
- Setting out and measuring.
- Oversee usage of site resources and small plant
- Extensive knowledge of construction best practices.
