**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience as a Training Facilitator/Assesor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
- Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with Talent Management and career paths
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 5 years working experience
- QCTO registered
- Occupational certificate fire fighter 98991

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Teaching the learner principles of fire fighting
- Carrying out training of containing and extinguishing different type fires by operating firefighting equipment
- Establishing a psychologically safe environment for sharing.
- Creating focus amongst the group.
- Selecting accompanying test materials.
- Encouraging respect for ideas voiced during facilitation.
- Steering conversations about the learning material.
- Extracting varied insights from participants.
- Administering and reviewing progress on assessments.
