**Duties**
- prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Debtors and creditors recons
- Contact delinquent accounts
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
- Post journals, Manage cashflow
- Maintenance of fixed asset register including depreciation calculations
- Facilitate the audit process Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies
- Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
- Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in bookkeeping tasks including posting receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Ability to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently.
- Experience in reconciling ledgers and budgets, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with maintaining fixed asset registers and conducting depreciation calculations.
- Capability to facilitate the audit process and address financial discrepancies.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, requirements, and laws pertaining to finance.
- Strong organisational skills to manage office facilities, resources, and supplies.
- Proficiency in coordinating travel arrangements and itinerary planning for the team.
- Ability to assist in coordinating internal events and celebrations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment on middle management level
- Experience in managing large compliments of people and a large client portfolio
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to the cleaning industry
- Experience in managing staff and a number of contracts
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
