As a Spares Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support for spare parts inquiries and orders. **Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts availability, pricing, and lead time
- Provide accurate and detailed information on compatibility and installation requirements
- Process spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any issues related to spare parts availability or delivery
- Maintain and update the spare parts database and inventory
- Assist with warranty claims and returns
- Handle any customer complaints or escalations in a professional and efficient manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the appliances or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of spare parts and components, especially in the appliances industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and inquiries
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands
