Commodity Coordinator

Duties
- Representing the company in an appropriate manner when dealing with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Conducting of daily review of fuel consumption on the tanks, investigating and reporting of anomalies.
- Administer the super user rights of the fuel management system and maintenance of all fuel consumption records.
- Managing and capturing fuel issued via the overriding tags by collecting and compare fuel issue sheets with system and report any deviations to the Stores Superintendent for immediate investigation.
- Managing the fuel system by properly capturing users and vehicles on the system
- Responsible for proper maintenance of the hardware to ensure that the hardware is working properly by conducting spot checks, regular inspection of equipment, plan maintenance and repair when needed.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for reconciliation and rectifying of accounting issues and queries.

Qualification
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- B Degree/National Diploma in Commerce.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordination of fuel and lubricants in the mining industry.
- Driver’s License Code B.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and report writing skills
- Computer Literacy in MS Office
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure
- Result driven
- High degree of numeracy
- Willingness to work shifts
- Medically fit for the role

**Salary**: R17,500.00 per month

- Klerksdorp, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
