**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Matric Certificate
- A+ Certification
- NQFL 5/Diploma in an IT related qualification would be advantageous
- Experience in hardware repairs for HP, Dell and Lenovo would be advantageous
- Valid drivers licence
- Must have experience in both software related incidents and hardware repairs
- Must have experience in creating software images
- Fincon and Sage experience would be advantageous
- Advanced Outlook and Excel skills would be advantageous
- 3-5 years minimum experience in role
- Must be able to run with a task from end to end
- Solution Focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient
- Interpersonal Skills

**Key Outputs & Accountabilities**:

- Liaise with different client and create software images using a variety of different tools
- Testing of client software images, verifying and getting sign-off
- Running with imaging process end to end
- Assist with support calls (Software)
- Assist with assessments and call logging of hardware related incidents
- Liaise with Vendors, suppliers and clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From R10 000,00 per month
