**Job Advert Summary**:
**Purpose of the position**:
Facilitate and support TB and HIV trainings and mentorship which is conducted by the Department of Health in the field of HIV, TB, STI, primary health care.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Nursing Science or any relevant medical degree
- Certificate/diploma in HIV/AIDS management
- A post-graduate diploma in health will be an advantage
- NIMART trained
- Trained on PC101 (Adult Primary Care)
- An accredited certificate in facilitation and assessment or equivalent experience
- 5 years’ experience with having initiated patients
- SANC registered or any other professional body
- Extensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS, STI and TB in prevention, treatment and care on the latest guidelines
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence and own transport

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides training support.
- Liaise with regional manager and training department to carry out training according to work plan and organizational priorities
- Responds to training requests and plans appropriate training
- Conducts skills audits where applicable and develops training plans in liaison with key programme staff and Department of Health and others in accordance with required outputs.
