**Responsibilities**:

- Azure Architecture and Design:

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions on the Azure platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into Azure-based solutions.
- Infrastructure Management:

- Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
- Implement and maintain automation processes for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of Azure resources.
- Security and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data on the Azure platform.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

- Set up and configure monitoring tools to proactively identify and address performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related incidents, collaborating with support teams as needed.
- Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Azure architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals, to ensure seamless integration of Azure solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

- Education and Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certifications.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based solutions.
- Proven experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
- Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R520 000,00 - R600 000,00 per year
